Our Story

You wanna add a little farm history in here? Or no? If so, here’s a spot! I have a picture of all y’all over there <— but it could be a picture of your farm. I just don’t have one. I’ll do whatever you wish… It could be pictures of your farm from long ago… but I definitely don’t have one of those! Or we could leave this spot out altogether. You just lemme know!

We Believe in quality

We should probably do that thing where we talk about how you raise your cows and stuff. Grass fed, no antibiotics, ya know? Let’s brag about your steak-rearing methods! I know these aren’t your cows- in fact, I think they’re from like Australia. What do I know about cattle?

Purchase Beef

Whole Beef

Go ahead, have a cow!

Whole beef is typically is comprised of 400-450 lbs. You can work with your butcher to decide which cuts you would like from your whole beef. Here is a beef cut chart to show you some choices. We will deliver your beef to the butcher of your choice for a nominal fee.

Side of Beef

The steaks are high, here!

A half/side of beef will be roughly 225 pounds. You can choose your cuts from this which often include 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs, and 40-50% Ground Beef, Patties and Ground Chuck.

Quarter of Beef

You’ll have some beef with us!

A quarter of beef will be roughly 100 pounds. The farmer will choose these cuts and will include ground beef, brisket, rib eyes, t-bones, porterhouse, rump roast, patio steaks, and more. Typically 300 servings when based on USDA’s recommendation of 3oz/serving

Individual Cuts

We are cow-culated with our portions!

We will have ground beef, steaks, and stuff for sale. Not sure how you want to list all of this, just thought I’d throw it in here for good measure in case you are selling individual cow chunks to people!
